Explaining how we collect, use and protect customer information is, therefore, of utmost importance to us. By visiting Massimo Power, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice. Massimo Power does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except as disclosed in this privacy policy. Your information will not be shared without your permission.The information that we collect from you helps us personalize and continually improve upon your Massimo Power shopping experience. You have the option not to provide certain information; however, withholding information may prevent you from being able to take full advantage of some of our web site features as well as purchasing from us.

Shipping

All shipping is freight collect by the most economical means. We also offer express delivery via UPS 3Day Select, Second Day Air (blue label), Next Day Air (red label) and Next Day Saturday for additional charges. All freight charges will be added to the invoice except in the case of truck freight or some air cargo shipping, where the carrier will collect freight charges directly. Refused orders are subject to any and all freight charges including transit damage.

Returns

1. We will not accept unauthorized returns of any kind. If you wish to return an item you must receive a return authorization number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No exception. Return authorization is valid for 10 days only.
2. All returns are subject to a 25% handling/restocking charge at our discretion.
3. We reserve the right to offer store credit at our discretion on returns.
4. There are no returns on electrical parts or special orders.

Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resalable condition. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to Massimo Power. Please contact us if you have any type of problem with an item and if you need information on manufacturer's address or phone number. In certain cases we are here to help you replace an item. We do not make any money on shipping and so we cannot offer any type of shipping for returned items or warranty items. These items need to be prepaid by the individual customer to be sent back to us. Further, all engine parts, and electrical components are sold AS IS and may not be returned. Re-sellers, installers and end users assume all costs and risk associated with these items.

Laws And Regulations

Some of the parts that Massimo Power may carry are intended for off-road purposes only. These components are legal in certain states for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads or highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Check your local and federal laws prior to purchase! Installation of performance products may void a vehicles warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.

Car Information

Car information is used only for the purpose of locating the correct part numbers for any custom quote requests and to verify the accuracy of your orders to ensure you receive the right parts for your car.
